Transport VitroMat Protect is a zwitterionic-buffered medium that allows cumulus-oocyte-complexes (COCs) to be transported and matured without the need for controlled CO₂ gassing, making it ideal for field collection environments where laboratory conditions are not available.

The formulation supports stable pH and oocyte viability during transport, helping maintain developmental competence prior to IVF procedures.
