1M Sucrose Solution

The 1M Sucrose Solution is a buffered medium used during embryo warming procedures following vitrification. The solution contains 1M sucrose, which assists in the controlled rehydration of embryos as cryoprotectants are removed during the warming process.

The buffered formulation allows embryos to be handled under atmospheric conditions without the need for controlled CO₂ gassing.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store unopened at 2–8 °C
• Shelf life: 4 months unopened
• Once opened, use within 2 weeks
