VitroWash is a serum-free washing medium used for the handling and washing of cumulus-oocyte-complexes (COCs), zygotes and embryos during bovine IVF procedures. The MOPS buffering system maintains pH stability in atmospheric conditions, allowing reliable manipulation of gametes and embryos during routine laboratory workflows. VitroWash is a MOPS-buffered medium designed for routine laboratory handling and washing steps throughout the IVF workflow, providing stable pH conditions during bench work outside of CO₂ incubators.
